The Campground Guys, LLC was founded in 2023. The company manages all aspects of evaluation, acquisition, leasing, and renovations for campgrounds in PA. We also help individuals meet financial goals through investing in real estate.

John Stoltzfus

John began his career in real estate and business investment in 2015, following a successful tenure in management roles with several construction companies. In 2018, he co-founded CAM Realty, a company dedicated to managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including campgrounds, dog kennels, and multi-family apartments. In 2023, CAM Realty underwent restructuring and transitioned to a passive investment model. Currently, John manages construction projects within the campgrounds and oversees financial operations at Campground Guys LLC.

Benji Stoltzfus

Benji began his investment journey in real estate and various businesses in 2015, following experience with multiple construction companies. Prior to 2015, he founded and successfully sold BKS Trucking. In 2018, he co-founded CAM Realty, a company that managed a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including campgrounds, dog kennels, and multi-family apartments. In 2023, CAM Realty restructured to become a passive investment company. Benji is a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and currently oversees all new acquisitions for Campground Guys, in addition to managing marketing initiatives and software innovation.

Brandon Stoltzfus

Brandon began his investment journey in real estate and various businesses in 2023 and co-founded The Campground Guys, along with several other entities, in the same year. Prior to 2017, he gained valuable experience working for multiple construction companies. From 2017 to 2023, he served as a missionary in Africa, where he worked as a project manager and counselor/pastor. Currently, Brandon oversees management and operations, focusing on optimizing efficiency across all aspects of the business.

Merv Esh

Merv began his investment journey in real estate and various businesses in 2022, following several years of experience with an excavation company. In 2022, he assumed the role of manager at Hartman Center Campground, and one year later, he co-founded The Campground Guys, along with several other entities. Currently, Merv oversees operations, with a particular focus on budgeting and investor relations.
